KORIEL XII (DEXTERA) |
a boy who lost his memory and his ability to speak, but has a sense of guilt at all times. while wandering though the ominous town, he was saved by the archangel, who ordered him to head to the neuro tower. |
♰ FIRST IMPRESSIONS ![]() VISUAL: dextera is fairly average-looking all around. he holds himself as if carrying the weight of the world, and this makes him seem a little more frail than he would if he were standing upright and confident. he’s surprisingly toned, but undernourished. he is approximately 20 - 25 years old, and has a large scar on his right hip. VOICE: dextera is mute due to a little mermaid style exchange with god, but depending on his canon point, he’s capable of speech—just unlikely to say anything. i play fast and loose with this on memes since he becomes more talkative later and that’s easier to play with strangers! regardless, when he does say anything, his voice is soft and high. he sounds, above all, deeply sad. MENTAL: luckily for psychics, dextera has a canonical step-by-step of what his mind looks like! he’s easy to read, but anyone who tries will get a barrage of melancholy, guilt, and emptiness. layers and layers, in fact, as if he’s suffering for more than himself. according to the two canon mind-readers, this is the approximate shape of his mind: #1: A sense of loss… Slumber… Neuro Tower.in this world, "baroque" is another word for delusion. he carries the spirit of his brother in his mind, but it’s impossible for even a mind-reader to tell if that entity is autonomous or just dextera’s memories.
PURIFICATION: after attempting to fuse with god, he lost his voice and gained the ability of purification—that is, he can heal corruption and/or crystallize a person’s soul into their purest form (the latter, at the cost of their life). DEMI-GODHOOD: he’s a fraction of god, and although this has no bearing on his abilities—besides purification, he acquires no special powers from being a part of her—particularly astute characters might notice that he has a wildly powerful resonance. |
